Have you read the Fancy Nancy book series? One of my favorites in this series is Fancy Nancy and the Fabulous Fashion Boutique. It is such an adorable book with bright, engaging pictures. I created some worksheets to go with this wonderful book. If a child chose this book for independent reading, I would let the students to complete these worksheets as a quick (and entertaining) assessment.
